If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 2 days and get the equivalent in store credit or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
The shipping cost of the return piece will be covered by the customer, except in the case where it is returned to the rider immediately.
In the case of a faulty /damaged piece, the product has to be sent back immediately with the rider, or within 36 hours of receiving the product, and the customer will be eligible for a full refund via bank transfer (2 to 3 weeks from the date of delivery/return).
Custom made pieces and clutches are not eligible for return and refund.
Any product you return to “Esfir Jewels 83/1, 29th Street, Khayaban-e-Seher, Phase 6, DHA, Karachi” must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
